Tasleem Kassum is a seasoned brand, marketing and communications expert, providing senior-level advisory counsel and support. She is also a certified executive coach with deep expertise in Human Resources. Having worked for numerous Fortune 100 companies across various areas of organizational focus (b2b and consumer businesses, corporate communications, strategy, human resources and global marketing), her unique generalist experience allows her to engage quickly within a variety of internal landscapes and with clients of all backgrounds and companies of all sizes (startups, small to mid-size companies and large, global organizations).

With over 18 years of experience working in agency, management consulting and client side environments, Tasleem’s distinct lens and combination of expertise differentiates her from her peers and from other consultancies.

Having worked for companies including American Express, Deloitte Consulting, Porter Novelli (an international PR firm) and the Bank of Montreal, among others, Tasleem started her firm to bring value-based advisory services to companies and organizations that can benefit from her world-class communications expertise and individuals who want to excel and succeed as they progress in their lives and careers.
