Prior to launching Kassum Communications, Tasleem was Director of Marketing & Communications in the Chief Human Resources Officer’s Executive Office of American Express. She owned communication programs, strategies and leadership communications for over 60,000 American Express employees globally.

Tasleem also managed Brand, Communications and Advertising for one of American Express’s largest global businesses, partnering with the marketing organization and other groups within the company to ensure consistent messaging, positioning and visual experience across the product portfolio for B2B clients of all sizes.

Beyond a wealth of marketing and communications experience, Tasleem’s added human resources (HR) expertise is an invaluable asset to clients who have subject matter expertise but need communications counsel and support from someone who understands HR. She has led HR Communications and Change Management programs to build communications capabilities and effectiveness across all HR disciplines, including Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Talent and Recruitment and Diversity and Inclusion and is known for innovating marketing and communications approaches to internal audiences.
